Our spruce plywood panels are manufactured to handle challenging structural environments. Bonded with advanced weatherproof and boil-proof phenolic resins (WBP/Phenolic), these panels are highly effective for exterior applications. They withstand changing ambient humidity and temporary moisture exposure without delaminating, making them ideal for structural roof sheathing, wall sheathing, floor underlayments, and site hoarding.
- Wood Species: 100% Sustainable Nordic Spruce (Picea abies) Softwood
- Glue Compounds: WBP / Phenolic Glue (Exterior Weatherproof/Boil-Proof) compliant with EN 314-2 Class 3 requirements (Low-emission E1 / E0 compliant)
- Standard Grades: II/III (Standard sanded face for construction), III/III (Un-sanded sheathing grade), or Packaging Grade
- Density: ~420 – 500 kg/m³ (Lightweight, structurally stable, and highly flexible)
- Standard Sheet Sizes: 2440 x 1220 mm (8′ x 4′) or 2500 x 1250 mm (Thickness options range from 9mm up to 30mm+)
