At EcoPelletHub, we ensure efficient, safe, and dependable delivery of high-density wood pellets, briquettes, and biomass products straight to your residential driveway or commercial facility. Because heavy freight rates depend on delivery location and order weight, all orders are fulfilled via customized freight quotes.

We ship to most countries within Europe. If you are located outside our standard delivery zones, please contact our team prior to placing an order to request a custom shipping quote.

3. How Ordering & Delivery Works (No Checkout Required)

Request a Quote: Select your desired items and submit your delivery address using our site’s quote request form or inquiry button.
Receive Your Logistics Invoice: Our team calculates the exact transport cost to your location and sends an all-inclusive quote and payment link.
Dispatch & Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, your order is scheduled for dispatch from our warehouse depot.

4. Processing & Dispatch Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Dispatch Confirmation: You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Methods & Options

Pallet & Bag Freight Delivery: Standard deliveries for 15 kg bag bundles or full pallets are fulfilled via freight trucks equipped with a tail-lift and manual pallet jack.
Bulk & Wholesale Direct Transport: Direct factory-to-site shipments via flatbed or walking-floor trailers are available for commercial boilers, agricultural plants, and volume resellers.

6. Delivery Conditions & Access Requirements

All standard residential pallet deliveries are Curbside Only. To ensure a smooth delivery:

Hard, Level Surfaces: Deliveries require a flat, paved, or asphalt surface. Pallet jacks cannot roll over gravel, grass, unpaved dirt, or steep inclines.
Clear Clearance: Ensure there is sufficient overhead clearance (trees/wires) and access space for a mid-to-heavy delivery truck.
Unloading Zone: If curbside access is restricted or safe offloading is prevented, the driver will leave the shipment at the nearest safe accessible location.

7. Receiving & Weather Protection

Moisture Defense: Our pellets are packed in moisture-resistant UV bags and shrink-wrapped on Epal wood pallets. However, long-term exposure to outdoor weather degrades wood fuel quality. Move stored pallets into a dry, covered area immediately upon delivery.
Inspecting Your Shipment: Check your delivery before signing the carrier receipt. Note any visible shrink-wrap tears or freight damage directly on the driver’s Proof of Delivery (POD) document.

8. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Total weight and volume of your order.
Delivery destination postal code.

You will see the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

9. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information or contact details for the freight carrier.
